Ontario Parks has established a new reservation system for day-use visitors to 17 parks including Sandbanks Beach and North Beach. This means that visitors looking for a day at the beach must reserve a Daily Vehicle Permit at least five days in advance. You can reserve your permit here. 

The municipal beach in Wellington is now subject to a capacity limit of 350 people, and a $10 per person entry fee on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. No parking is permitted at the beach on those days.
